Our full-service, locally sourced kitchen offers breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner favorites every day. Start the morning with our signature breakfast brunch, choose from the breakfast menu, or pop in and grab an espresso or coffee roasted by local favorite, Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. For lunch and dinner, our all-day menu features light bites, hearty sandwiches, soups and salads, full entrees and pasta favorites.

Boise’s premier listening room is the best kept secret between Austin and Portland. With available seating for 150 guests, a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, clear sight lines of the stage from any corner of the room, and regular performances by local and touring artists, the Sapphire Room is a music lover’s gem. During performances, The Sapphire Room offers a full-service bar, a small plates and appetizers menu, and a dinner menu.
Open seasonally September through April. Hours vary and entry is by ticket purchase only.
The Sandbar offers locally sourced, fresh, grilled cuisine and a full-service bar with specialty cocktails and the area’s best selection of local draft beer. Enjoy live music on the Sandbar stage every day of the week in the evening, and all-day long Saturday and Sunday. The Sandbar menu is offered poolside for all Riverside Hotel guests. Open seasonally from mid-April through early October.
Sandbar is all-ages and family friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sandbar does not accept reservations. Music schedule subject to change.
Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill has opened its second Treasure Valley, adjacent to the Riverside Hotel. Ling & Louie's Riverside brings modern Asian cuisine with a touch of American Flair to Boise. Known for a diverse menu of delicious Asian fusion cuisine, artfully prepared sushi, hand-crafted signature cocktails, and a connoisseur's selection of beer and wine, Ling & Louie's offers something for everyone to love!
