What time is check-in/ check-out?
Check in is at 4:00PM MST and check out is 11:00AM MST.
What are the pool/restaurant/amenity hours?

What are the pool rules, and are there pool passes available for non-guests?
Only registered hotel guests are allowed in the pools. Registered guests must be listed on the room as a guest. Each guest will receive wristband (during summer) by pool attendant when entering the pool.
Pool access is not allowed before check-in or after check-out.
No pets are allowed in the pool area. This includes tying pets up to the outside fence.
No glass bottles, coolers, or outside alcohol. Kids drinks/snacks are allowed, and water bottles are allowed. Floaties are allowed on most occasions.
Do you have rollaway beds available?
The Riverside Hotel no longer offers rollaway beds. If you are traveling with more than two guests, we do offer rooms with two queen beds.
Can I make a dinner reservation for one of your restaurants?

Is the Riverside Hotel pet friendly?
Pets are allowed for a non-refundable $50/pet pet fee, max 2, in designated guest rooms only. Pets are not allowed in the Riverside Grill, meeting rooms, fitness center or pools, or hotel suites.
Do you offer a shuttle, and where can it take me?
We offer transportation to the airport as well as local businesses within a 3 mile radius of the hotel between 6am and 11pm. Contact the front desk for further details.
Airport shuttle: Arrivals: we ask the guests collect their luggage and then contact the hotel for pick up. For departure: Guests may schedule their departure time with the front desk on the hour and half hour between 6am-11pm.
