The Moody Jews of Boise are proud to present the 7th Annual Chanukah Party in the Sapphire Room. The show will feature a set of Chanukah inspired music from around the world.

The Moody Jews play a variety of upbeat Yiddish music from the Eastern Europe (Ashkenazi klezmer) as well as Latin (Sephardic) and Middle Eastern styles, representing the various traditions and cultures related to Judaism. There will be an extra helping of Chanukah songs and some Chanukah surprises to bring this festival of light to life.

The Blues Addicts are one of Boise's most popular live show acts based on their dedication to playing the deeper cuts by popular artists like Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers, JJ Cale and the Chicago Blues Kings. This year they are proud to bring back special guests The Brass Tacks Horns, reuniting for this special show.

Back by popular demand! J.R. & the Stingrays are a Boise-based oldies rock and roll band established in 1985. They perform a Sha-Na-Na style oldies show with a vintage flair reminiscent of the American Graffiti era. The Stingrays cover tunes from Bill Haley & the Comets, The Drifters, Beatles, Elvis and many other great rock and roll artists of the past. Get ready to dance!

The Trials and Tribulations Blues Band was formed in Northern California in the early 1990s. For several years, the band played in many of the top music venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2018, the band reformed in Boise, Idaho. Their music is heavily influenced by renowned West Coast artists such as T-Bone Walker, William Clarke, Rod Piazza, Gary Smith, George “Harmonica” Smith, Pee Wee Crayton, Lowell Fulson, Junior Watson, and more.

The Jeff Engelbert Band is a group of professional musicians dedicated to the highest level of quality musicianship with un-matched passion for the music.

​ Ben Rice's music is deeply rooted in traditional blues, yet at the same time fiercely original. Ben is as much at home fronting his electric band as he is captivating a crowd solo with nothing but his voice and his acoustic resonator guitar.

Tree City Travelers is a dynamic 5-piece bluegrass band based in Boise, Idaho. Drawing inspiration from both traditional and contemporary bluegrass music, the band creates a unique sound that blends rich harmonies, intricate instrumental arrangements, and heartfelt songwriting. Formed in 2020 by a group of talented musicians who moved to Boise from various parts of the country, Tree City Travelers has quickly gained recognition for their captivating live performances and their ability to captivate audiences with their energetic stage presence.

Tanner Laws was born and raised in Thompson Falls, Montana and graduated from Montana Tech in Butte, MT with a Civil Engineering Degree. While at Montana Tech, Tanner began practicing guitar in his dorm room until he could play and sing at the same time. In 2019 he began performing at bars around Butte. In 2021, Tanner quit his Engineering job to pursue music full-time and record original music. He has 2 albums out titled "Montana Livin'" and "LAWS". His songwriting inspirations include Keith Whitley, George Strait, Clint Black, Tyler Childers, and Turnpike Troubadours to name a few. Tanner's accolades include winning Songwriter of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Local Solo artist of the Year at the Northwest CMA Awards. He has opened for the likes of Dustin Lynch, Clint Black, Sam Barber, Braxton Keith, Marty Stuart, Mitchell Tenpenny, Bo DePeña, Frank Ray, Kenny Feidler, and The Wilder Blue.

Celebrating America's great original art form, Jazz, The Midnight Jazz Cats are prowling the stage of Boise and the greater Treasure Valley.  "The Cats" and their furry mascot Ella Fitzkitty fuel their version of swing, jazz standards, bossa novas and Western Swing with swagger, high octane jazz moxie and matching cat ties!  They specialize in jazz of the 1920's through the 1970's.

Colorado native Carin Mari is a singer-songwriter whose music reflects her mountain roots and passion for storytelling. Guided by her mentor, Michael Martin Murphey, she embraced country music early, going on to win accolades like NACMA's Entertainer and Songwriter of the Year, as well as numerous Colorado Country Music Awards. The journey of Lara’s career includes tours across the United States, China, multiple bands, 1 DVD, 7 CD’s that Lara Price has produced, co-written, and on which she has played multiple instruments. Her 6th CD, “I Mean Business,” is exactly that! “I Mean Business” was picked up by Vizztone Label Group and has earned Lara Price a Best Soul/Blues Female Artist nomination for 2017 by the Blues Foundation. Lara’s journey continues in Austin, Texas, where she currently released on her 7th record, “Makin’ Lemonade Lara Price LIVE from ATX”, and is working on her 8th studio release.

The Sapphire Room and Idaho Jazz Education Endowment proudly present Música Brasileira, an evening of Brazilian Samba with Katie G. & The Half Maccs Super Band. Led by Idaho musicians Camden Hughes and Katie Garonzik, this special performance will capture the vibrant spirit of samba, blending syncopated rhythms and complex melodies that invite audiences to feel the joy and nostalgia of Brazilian Carnaval. Katie’s rich alto vocals, paired with Camden’s dynamic arrangements, bring an evocative depth to the Brazilian jazz style.

Dan Costello hosts his annual All-Star Birthday Show at the Sapphire Room Wednesday, February 19, 2025. This year let’s celebrate his half-century mark — 50 years!

Dan is a full-time Boise-based musician with a seemingly limitless range of genres and styles, and an easygoing engaging stage presence.

Beginning in 1959, The Fabulous Chancellors have enjoyed 65 years of recognition as a classic rock 'n' roll show and dance band. With nearly thirty original recorded songs on six completed album collections, The Fabulous Chancellors have also distinguished themselves on record, two of which, "Diamond in the Sky" and "Hey Girl," achieved substantial national airplay and popularity in the early 60's. Two 1990 recordings, "(Me and My Baby Like) Old Songs" and tongue-in-cheek "I'm Cool" subsequently achieved widespread airplay across the nation on select radio stations.

Dave Fenley was born and raised in the small town of Lufkin, TX. His influences range from classic country to soul music, all of which can be heard in his distinct voice and songwriting. Dave currently lives in Nashville, TN where he is writing songs and spreading love like peanut butter. #sllpb
