Empowering Emerging Artists, Inspiring Art Enthusiasts

The Water’s Edge Gallery is located inside the Riverside Hotel above the main lobby, and artwork in every genre is displayed throughout the hotel. A mainstay in the Boise art scene, we exhibit local and emerging artists in a vibrant and dynamic space that showcases the creativity and innovation within our community. In addition to exhibits, the Water’s Edge Gallery also hosts workshops, special art exhibits, and other events.

Using watercolor and acrylic paint, Brian creates pictures of Idaho, California, and throughout the West, including Yosemite and the Grand Canyon. He earned a BFA and teaching credentials from Boise State University and attended architecture school at the University of Idaho leading to restaurant design and mural painting opportunities. He is a member of the BOSCO art group. Brian lives in Boise, married to Cindy and has grown daughters, Tara and Katelyn and 3 grandsons, Drew, Kody and Cameron.
